Payment and Deliveries
We must receive full payment for the items you’ve purchased before your order can be processed. On receipt of payment we will confirm that your order has been received by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our acceptance of your order brings into effect a legally binding contract between us.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund or exchange unwanted items so please ensure you have selected the correct item before completing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights
Faulty/Damaged Items
FAULTY GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS
If you receive goods that are faulty please return the item(s) including the invoice and a note briefly describing the fault to the address below:
Spillers Records, 36 The Hayes, Cardiff, CF10 1AJ
PLEASE USE RECORDED DELIVERY TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.
On receving your items and once we have tested the fault we will send you a replacement item. If the item is no longer available (this sometimes occurs if items are limited edition) we will refund your payment. We will not compensate you for any disappointment!
Availability of Goods to Order
Very occasionally an item may go out of stock with our suppliers. If for any reason we are unable to supply an item we have listed "as available" we will notify you via e-mail and refund the price of this item.We will not compensate you for any disappointment!
Price
All prices payable by you are set out on the website. VAT is calculated by us and included in the price shown. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling.

Occasionally items fall outside of these categories - the postage will always be added at the ’Checkout’ page so you can see the postage amount you are paying. There are no fees added after this stage. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Indonesia at this time; any orders originating from Indonesia will be refunded.
