’Trans-Continental Hustle’ is the sixth studio album from the New York based act Golgol Bordello. The gypsy-punk outfit take influence from their Eastern European roots and here draw inspiration from lead man Eugene Hutz’s time spent in Brazil, culminating in flamenco beats with the bands gypsy-punk sound. The album was produced by Rick Rubin who also signed them to his American Recordings label and worked very closely with lead man Hutz to craft the array of world genres into the danceable punk sound found here.
